Updated Technology

We at Clay County Habitat hope you find our new and improved web site easy to navigate and full of valuable information!

We made do with our pared-down volunteer-created web site for as long as we could, but recently I've come to realize through work shops and trainings that to poise our affiliate to grow in the next few years and be able to build more homes annually, updating our technology was imperative as a stepping stone towards that goal.

New to this site are:
Opportunities to inquire about volunteering and home ownership that email straight to the appropriate staff, no-brainer easy!
Data and statistics for those who want to peel back the layers on what low income means.
A calendar of events so you can join us for more celebrations.
Photo albums of events you may have missed.

Next we'll look at providing the opportunity for volunteers to SCHEDULE THEMSELVES - don't faint!

As you navigate our new site, please send me any suggestions for clarity or improvement. And as always, I'm here for any questions you may have. Thanks for taking the time to look us over.

In Faith,

We are gearing up to build with another 9 families!
Be sure to contact our Volunteer Coordinator to determine where we're building - we are just finishing work on a home in Clay Hill, and will be in Green Cove Springs next! Did You Know? For every one of the 8 CCHH homes built in 2009, 44 Clay County families applied?
